Design
I create lo-fi design wireframes, which will serve as the foundation for the upcoming 'concept test' conducted by my colleague Devin, who is a UX researcher for momotor.id. After several rounds of concept testing, I will then progress to the hi-fi design phase.
Validation
Conducting design validation involves organizing another round of usability testing and evaluating the usability of the design using the System Usability Scale. This iterative process can be utilized for further design refinements

After conducting the research, the key takeaways reveal several issues with momotor.id:
Difficult navigation: Users find it challenging to navigate through the website.
Impractical process: The excessive amount of form filling makes the user experience inconvenient.
Poor website performance: The website's speed and responsiveness are subpar.
Unconvincing design: Users do not perceive momotor.id as a part of Adira Finance, leading to a lack of trust and confidence in the platform.
Lack of mobile-friendliness: The website is not adequately optimized for mobile devices.
To address these concerns and enhance user satisfaction, improvements should be made in these areas.
As part of the player team, our UI/UX team conducted an ideation session to brainstorm the best solutions for addressing the issue. I developed multiple innovative concepts and prototypes to undergo concept testing with the redesigned interface

The Result



From the previously found issue, I emphasize the design to improve the clarity of sections for used motorcycles, new motorcycles, and trade-in programs. Additionally, users can now easily search for motorcycles with advanced search options, find the cheapest installment and down payment plans, explore popular brands, discover trending models, and access flash deal offers. A more user-friendly experience for all!



Furthermore, I have introduced a dedicated page for motorcycle brands (which was not present in the previous design) to streamline navigation and categorization of motorcycles on momotor.id. Additionally, I enhanced the catalog section to enable users to apply multiple filters (previously limited to one value per field in the old design). These improvements aim to provide a more efficient and user-friendly experience for visitors on the website


Added Adira Finance's value proposition, made lowest installments estimate "sticky" for easy monthly cost calculation, and created a dedicated credit simulation section, eliminating the need to navigate to a separate page and manually input data, reducing the risk of getting lost for users.

Based on research, users were surprised by the lengthy and crowded credit application form. To improve it, I emphasized dividing the form into relevant sections and reducing unnecessary fields after discussions with the business owner's team. To determine the best approach, we conducted A/B testing with two designs. The latest option showed a lower drop rate, confirming its effectiveness.

I also added a tracking dashboard to monitor the motorcycle application process by users, which was not present in the old design. This enhancement provides valuable insights and improves overall user management
After undergoing 6 design iterations, the latest design finally obtained a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 83, signifying a substantial improvement in usability compared to the previous versions, which scored below 60
