Created wireframes to outline the basic structure and flow of the application. And developed interactive prototypes to test and refine the user experience.

Designed UI elements with a focus on simplicity and clarity, ensuring that users can easily find and use key features.
Validation
Conducting design validation involves organizing another round of usability testing and evaluating the usability of the design using the System Usability Scale. This iterative process can be utilized for further design refinements

Worked closely with developers to ensure the design was implemented accurately and efficiently.
Iteration

Kopra by Mandiri is Bank Mandiri’s comprehensive wholesale banking service, designed to cater to your business transactions needs for Cash Management, Value Chain and Trade all within a single portal.
Design Objectives
Initially, Kopra had nine separate wholesale banking channels that were forced into a single dashboard. As a result, when Kopra was first released, it suffered from poor performance and an unfriendly UI/UX experience—such as long loading times, inconsistent navigation across channels, and unexpected logouts when using the browser’s back button. Many clients complained about these issues and preferred to access their original channels directly instead of using Kopra. Therefore, our team aims to revamp Kopra into a true all-in-one dashboard, built natively as a unified platform rather than fragmented across multiple channels.
Personalized Management Dashboard
Users can customize widgets and dashboard views according to their business needs, making relevant information—such as transactions, cash positions, or notifications—easier to access.
Visual & Flexible Liquidity Management
With an interactive drag-and-drop interface, users can intuitively manage liquidity allocation and cash distribution across business units more efficiently.
Saved Transfer Templates & High-Volume Uploads
Allows users to save favorite transfer templates for recurring transactions and supports bulk uploads of up to 50,000 transactions in a single submission, driving operational efficiency.
Electronic Invoice Presentment & Payment (EIPP) with Automated Reconciliation
Simplifies invoice distribution and billing through digital channels, complete with automatic reminders (via Kopra or Livin’) and real-time reconciliation—helping accelerate cash flow and reduce manual errors.
Comprehensive Service Suite under Single Sign-On (SSO)
– Cash Management, Value Chain, Trade: all integrated under one access point.
– Additional Modules: including e-FX (Forex Online), Mandiri Smart Account (virtual sub-accounts), Online Custody, Reconciliation Portal, Hospital Solutions, Bill Reminder, Beyond Border, Mobile App, Mobile Token, and more.

Kopra by Mandiri


Kopra by Mandiri is Bank Mandiri’s comprehensive wholesale banking service, designed to cater to your business transactions needs for Cash Management, Value Chain and Trade all within a single portal.
